1. What this site is
Citarasa Nusantara is an independent editorial publication about Indonesian and Southeast Asian home cooking. We publish recipes, technique guides and background articles. Everything here is provided for general information and home cooking.
2. Using our content
All text, photography, layout and code on this site are owned by Citarasa Nusantara unless stated otherwise, and are protected by copyright.
- You may read, print and cook from our recipes for personal, non-commercial use, including sharing a link with anyone you like.
- You may quote a short extract (a sentence or two) provided you credit Citarasa Nusantara and link back to the original page.
- You may not copy whole recipes or articles, republish them on another website, feed them into content farms, or present them as your own.
- You may not scrape the site at a rate that interferes with normal use, or resell our content or images in any form.
If you would like to republish something, write to us first — we say yes more often than you would expect.
3. Cooking is your responsibility
Recipes are tested in a home kitchen, but ingredients, equipment, ovens and skill vary. You are responsible for safe food handling, cooking temperatures, and checking ingredients for allergens that matter to you. See our disclaimer for the full statement on allergens, nutrition and liability.
4. Advertising and third-party links
This site is supported by advertising served by third-party networks, including Google AdSense. Ads are selected by those networks, not by us, and we do not endorse the products advertised. When you email us, you confirm the material is yours, is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and does not infringe anyone else's rights. We may publish a factual correction based on your message, with credit if you wish.

We aim to keep the site online and accurate but do not promise uninterrupted access. Pages may change, move or be removed as the collection develops. Old addresses are redirected where possible.
